Buying
How do I request a viewing?
From the property page, with the “Request a viewing” button, or by calling us. We confirm the day and time within one working day.
Do you charge the buyer anything?
No. Our fees are paid by the seller.
Can I get alerts about new houses?
Yes: create an alert with the area, price and bedrooms you are looking for and we will write to you when one that fits comes in.
Selling
How much does the valuation cost?
Nothing. We come to see the house, give you a reasoned price in writing and you decide.
What houses do you sell?
Houses and flats with good architecture: architect-designed, historic and well restored, or thoughtfully renovated. If yours is not a fit for us, we will tell you.
Who takes the photos?
Our photography team, always with natural light and with no retouching that changes the house.
